Your TASKS:

• Providing professional service in compliance with quality standards
• Preparation of events, in particular setting up tables and chairs, setting tables, etc.
• Receiving, handling and forwarding complaints to a supervisor
• Responsibility for proper accounting and correct billing
• Guarantee of the house-specific and legal hygiene regulations (HACCP)

Your PROFILE:

• Successfully completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist or comparable qualification
• Openness, professional demeanor and a well-groomed appearance
• Enjoy dealing with international guests
• Ability to work in a team and a high level of commitment
• Good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages an advantage
