Your TASKS:

• Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance work on buildings, facilities and technical equipment
• Checking and maintaining the heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems
• Monitoring the security systems
• Care and cleaning of the hotel grounds, including gardens and green areas
• Maintenance and upkeep of the parking lot, including snow removal in winter and cleaning in summer
• Maintenance and repair of kitchen and restaurant equipment
• Supporting compliance with hygiene regulations through regular checks and maintenance work

Your PROFILE:

• Several years of experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of electrical engineering, plumbing and general trades
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently, even in stressful situations
• Willingness to work varying hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Good knowledge of German, other language skills an advantage
• Ability to work with different departments and external service providers
