Your TASKS:

  • Creative playmaker: develop creative, seasonal and regional menus that inspire our guests.
  • Team coach with heart: Lead our well-coordinated team to culinary mastery, inspire and utilize the experience of our “old hands”, promote our talents and create a working atmosphere in which creativity and the joy of cooking flourish even more.
  • Sustainability captain: Focus on regional suppliers, sustainable ingredients and pay attention to environmentally conscious kitchen management.
  • Quality referee: Ensure that all dishes meet the highest quality standards and are visually and tastefully convincing.
  • Efficiency trainer: Optimize work processes and the use of goods to increase both efficiency and profitability.

Your PROFILE:

  • Training & experience: Completed training as a chef with further training as a master chef and several years of experience in a managerial position.
  • Creativity & passion: You love creating new dishes and reinterpreting classic recipes.
  • Leadership skills: You have a knack for motivating and developing a team.
  • Sustainable thinking: You are convinced that great cuisine and environmental protection go hand in hand.
  • Organizational talent: You always keep an overview and master even hectic situations with calm and professionalism.
